House rules

• COVID-19
  The room is cleaned with the greatest care and in compliance with the strict guidelines imposed by the health security protocol to fight COVID-19 for B&Bs and other private accommodations.
• Check-in
  We welcome our guests between 17:00 and 18:00. Please let us know if this time of arrival would be a problem for you.
• Check-out
  We kindly ask you to leave the room by 10:30 at the latest.
• Payment
  As soon as we receive your reservation, we will contact you for an advance payment of 35% of the total amount to be paid. We will then ask you to transfer the remaining amount no later than 2 weeks before your arrival date.
• Cancellation
  In case of cancellation no later than 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, we will not charge any cancellation fee and the advance payment will be refunded in full. If you cancel your stay within 14 days before the arrival date, we will charge you the full advance payment. If the reservation is made within 2 weeks before your stay, we kindly ask you to pay cash on arrival.
• Breakfast
  Breakfast is served in the authentic living room of Villa Bon Papa. This room, which also serves as a dining room, is located on the ground floor and has a direct view of the Dumont district.
• Mini-bar
• Maximum occupancy: 2 persons / adults only
• The house is not equipped with an elevator
• Smoking is not allowed
• Pets are not allowed
